Policies
Cancellation Notice - We need at least 24 hour notice and there will be no charge.
If you forget to cancel, or we cannot access your home, there will be a 50% charge.
Keys & Alarm Systems - You will either need to provide us with a key or
confidential arrangements can be made. If we are unable to gain access to your
home on the day of cleaning, there will be a 50% charge to compensate cleaner
for lost time and driving expenses.
Payment - Checks should be mailed out at the beginning of the week of your
cleaning, or we can set up an electronic payment account.
